What is the Cancellation/Transfer Policy?

Cancellations received in writing by March 10, 2025, will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations received in writing by March 10, 2025, will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will not be issued after March 10, 2025. There will be no exceptions. Credit card processing fees will not be refunded.

Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute a cancellation. If for any reason Space Foundation cancels or postpones this event, Space Foundation is not responsible for covering airfare or other costs incurred by attendees, exhibitors, or speakers.

Registration transfers will be processed through March 24, 2025. A $200 transfer fee will be assessed.

Please note: In the event of a cancellation, the refund of any deposits forwarded to hotels or other related businesses will be at the discretion of the supplier.
